Step 1 : How to create Icarus Wing

 

 

Icarus Wing Requirements:

Step 2 : Proceed to create Relican Weapons

Note : You can create Relican Weapons with NO LIMIT per account.

Location : @warp Aldebaran 221 135

Talk to Relican Doppelganger. He will require you to finish Icarus Wing Quest.
